    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain position attitude measurement of an object body highly accurately relative to both the position and the attitude.
      SOLUTION: An objective viewpoint camera 180 for imaging an imaging device 130 is installed on a fixed position, simultaneously when mounting an attitude sensor 140 on the imaging device 130 which is a measuring object. An index detection part 110 detects a subjective viewpoint index Q arranged in a scene from an image acquired by the imaging device 130, and detects an objective viewpoint index P arranged on the attitude sensor 140 from an image acquired by the objective viewpoint camera 180. An attitude prediction part 150 inputs an attitude measured value by the attitude sensor 140, and predicts the present attitude of the imaging device 130 on the basis of an azimuth drift error correction value. A position attitude calculation part 120 calculates as unknown parameters the position of the imaging device 130 and an updated value of the azimuth drift error correction value of the attitude sensor 140 by using image coordinates of the indexes Q, P detected by the index detection part 110, and determines and outputs the position and the attitude of the imaging device 130 from the acquired parameters.
