SOLUTION: In the manufacturing process, a kneaded product, obtained by mixing and kneading the incinerated ash of the sewage sludge, is granulated and molded through compression molding or extrusion molding to yield the molded product which is dried and baked to manufacture the aggregate. The incinerated ash is one obtained from a fluidized bed incinerator and is mixed and kneaded with non-incinerated wet sludge. Here, the wet sludge is either dehydrated sludge having a moisture content of 75-85% obtained by dehydrating the sewage sludge or waste sludge having a moisture content of about 95%. SOLUTION: In the concentration measuring apparatus which measures the concentration of turbid components in a liquid to be measured by detecting the diffusively reflected light of a laser light emitted into the liquid, an optical fiber for emitting laser light and an optical fiber for receiving the light are bundled respectively in plurality of form one sensor part thereby permitting measurement with a higher sensitivity up to a higher concentration of turbid components. A light emitting/receiving element is connected to the sensor surface with a number of flexible optical fibers to form a waveguide path therebetween. This makes possible the designing of the shape of the guide wave path, ultimately that of the sensor as a whole with a substantial freedom.

SOLUTION: For a supporting metal fitting 11, a pair of claws 12 standing in axial direction of a pipe are projected on the top, and also an inlet 13 which opens downward is made at the bottom of a curved retainer 14, and in heated condition, a pair of claws 12 are pushed in and fused and fixed into a pipe 15. The pushing is performed to such a degree that the cable 4 to be engaged and supported by the retainer 14 contact the inside wall of the tube. After fixing, the cable 4 passed inside the pipe is pushed in from the inlet 13, and is engaged with and supported by the retainer 14.
