    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type oil/water separator capable of easily carrying without connecting fixed type pipes, recovering a high concentration of oil and fat content with a simple operation and having a compact structure.
      SOLUTION: The portable type oil/water separator is provided with a storage tank 2 having an opening at an upper part; a basket 6 for recovering a residue detachably attached to the upper part of the storage tank 2; a net-like recovery bag 3 or a recovery bag 45 detachably attached to the inside of the storage tank 2; and a lid member 51 detachably closing the opening. The storage tank 2 has a discharge hole 4 discharging treated water; and a water stop valve 5 for opening/closing it and a grip part 21 or a movement caster 26.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat-transfer type trap which efficiently recovers high-density oil and fat content, and is operable at a low running cost.
      SOLUTION: The heat-transfer type trap is formed of a separating tank 1, partition plates 6 dividing the interior into a plurality of treatment regions, and hot-water circulating pipes 8 each arranged on a surface of the partition plate 6, and constructed such that waste water is heat-exchanged with the heat of hot water flowing in the hot-water circulating pipes 8, to thereby increase the temperature of the waste water. The oil separating tank 1 has an inflow portion 21 into which waste water containing fat content flows, a floating portion 22 for floating the fat and oil content on a liquid surface, and a discharge portion 23 for discharging the waste water from which at least part of the fat and oil content is removed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized compact interceptor with an oils and fats recovery function capable of recovering and removing oils and fats in wastewater by simple operation, and an oils and fats recovery method for efficiently recovering and removing oils and fats with high concentration by simple operation.
      SOLUTION: An interceptor 1 has a storage tank 2 having an inflow port 4 permitting the inflow of wastewater 36 containing oil and fat component 37 and an outflow port 7 for wastewater from which the oil and fat component 37 is removed substantially, an oil and fat recovery port 5 positioned above the level of the outflow port 7, the separation plate 32 arranged in the storage tank 2 and including a portion becoming an up-grade twoward the oil and fat recovery port 5 and a means for opening and closing the outflow port 7. The interceptor 1 is constituted so that the wastewater containing oils and fats is allowed to flow in the storage tank 2, the oil and fat component in the wastewater is floated along the separation plate 32 while raising the water level in the storage tank 2 in a state that a cut-off valve 8 is closed, the oils and fats floated along the separation plate 32 are subsequently discharged out of the storage tank 2 in a state that the oil and fat discharge valve 8 is opened to recover the oils and fats in wastewater.
