摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a sheet for a wall material showing a three-dimensional effect and varied appearance and improved in shape retentivity and fire retardancy. CONSTITUTION:A fiber sheet or metal foil like article improved in shape retentivity is used as one of the constitutional elements of a sheet like article to be made appropriately fire retardant and, as the fiber sheet like article or plastic film or sheet of the uppermost layer of the sheet like article, a plastic film or sheet having small solid pieces having various shapes scattered on and fixed to the inner and outer parts thereof or having voids formed therein is used and wrinkles are applied to the composite sheet article. In the process before or after wrinkling, the surface of the uppermost layer is entirely ground or the top parts of the wrinkles provided to said layer are ground to expose the inner surface of the uppermost layer sheet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet having natural feeling by impregnating, spraying or coating a synthetic resin to the back surface of a resin-finished fiber sheet or a laminate of a fiber sheet and a film or sheet, embossing the sheet before or after the impregnation, etc., of the resin and subjecting the treated sheet to flexing, squeezing or crumpling treatment. CONSTITUTION:A solution of a synthetic resin, etc., is impregnated, sprayed or coated to the back surface of a fiber sheet such as woven fabric, knit fabric or nonwoven fabric, a resin-finished sheet produced by using the above fiber sheet as a base or a laminate of synthetic a resin film or sheet and the fiber sheet. The rigidity of the fiber sheet is improved or the elongation is decreased by this treatment. The sheet is embossed before or after the above treatment of the back surface. The treated sheet is subjected to flexing, squeezing or crumpling treatment to apply strains and wrinkles to the uneven surface, especially to the concave surface formed by the embossing process.

The resultant sheet is then subjected to processing, such as flexing, bending or rubbing, under conditions of ambient temperature, heating, etc., to create forced strain and carry out creasing processing. The creased sheet is subsequently dyed with a dye or pigment solution. Shading and coloring are different between parts of forced strain and other parts or parts of material fibers and resin parts according to the above-mentioned method. Thereby, a creased and colored fiber sheet rich in unevenness with natural feeling and solid feeling with depth is obtained.
