    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the extension of service life by preventing float-up of permanent lining refractory constituting the bottom bed part of a ladle. SOLUTION: Recessing dowels 11 and projecting dowels 12 arranged on the mutually faced side surfaces at the front and rear direction of a lower step regular shaped bricks 7 are alternately fitted to construct the lower step permanent lining brick layer 13. Further, the recessing dowels 11 and the projecting dowels 12 arranged on the mutually faced side surfaces at the front and rear direction of a middle step regular shaped bricks 8 are alternately fitted to construct the middle step permanent lining brick layer 14. The projecting dowels 12 arranged in anchor regular shaped bricks 9 supported to an iron shell 1 through a round steel bars 15 arranged to the necessary position on the ladle bottom part are fitted to the recessing dowels 11 arranged at the lower step regular shaped bricks 7 and at the middle step regular shaped bricks 8, respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the unbalanced damage of monolithic refractory of the bed part forming the inside refractory of a ladle and to prolong the service life of the repaired part for only the bed part. SOLUTION: At the time of repairing the bed part of the ladle 10 by using the monolithic refractory, firstly, the monolithic refractory layer on the whole bed part is formed by pouring the monolithic refractory on the bed part of the ladle 10 so as to obtain a prescribed thickness. Successively, a lightweight finned raising frame 4 is set from the upper part so as to cover a part in contact with molten metal where the damage is large in the bed part of the ladle while the monolithic refractory layer on the whole bed part unsolidified or pseudo-set and held in the floating state. Then, the monolithic refractory is additionally poured into the inside of this light finned raising frame 4, and vibration is applied to the monolithic refractory layer on the whole bed part and the raising monolithic refractory layer by using a vibrator to uniformly form the poured monolithic refractory layer. By this method, the unbalanced damage on the whole bed part is reduced and the repairing cost of the refractory on the bed part is saved.
