    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust misalignment of a heating cylinder by a shaft center adjustment ring freely positionable of the plate rear face of the front support plate, by attaching the heating cylinder to a front support plate of an injection drive mechanism via a supply block. SOLUTION: A connection cylinder at a rear part of a heating cylinder is inserted into an opening of a supply block to be integrally connected thereto by a nut. The connection cylinder is housed in an opening of a front support plate, and the heating cylinder is attached to the front support plate by the supply block. The circumference of an opening on a plate rear surface of the front support plate is formed into a step part of a concentric circle. A shaft center adjustment ring having an inner diameter identical to the outer diameter of the rear end of the connection cylinder is attached to the step part so as to be freely positioned. The rear end of the connection cylinder is fitted to the shaft center adjustment ring to adjust the misalignment of the heating cylinder in an allowable range. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which is based on an electromotive vertical injection molding machine, attains soft nozzle contact and is easily reduced in cost. SOLUTION: A vertical injection molding equipment 10 comprises: a mold clamping mechanism 16 for clamping a mold 12 by a mold clamping motor 33; an injection unit 17 including a heating cylinder 61 provided with the nozzle 58 and a screw rotation motor 63 for rotating a screw 62; an injection unit movement mechanism 18 for vertically moving the injection unit 17 by hydraulic pressure; a lower projection mechanism 21 for projecting a product upward by a projection motor 45 as a driving source; an upper projecting mechanism 22 for projecting the product downward by hydraulic pressure; and a hydraulic pressure generating device 85 controlled by an invertor and supplying high pressure oil to the injection unit movement mechanism 18 and the upper projection mechanism 22 where the upper projecting mechanism is freely controlled and the product is smoothly taken out from the mold.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mold configured to prevent a defect due to a history of a flow of a molten resin material in multiple molded articles.SOLUTION: The injection mold 10 includes a hot sprue 13 to which an injection nozzle for injecting the molten resin material is connected, a hot runner 15 through which the molten resin material injected to the hot sprue 13 passes, and a cavity 16 which is connected to the hot runner 15, and supplies the molten resin material to a plurality of cavities by branching off the hot runner 15 halfway to form a plurality of moldings at a time. The hot sprue 13 includes a sprue bush 18 for forming an opening part 17 as a connection part for the injection nozzle, a branch port formed at the opening part 17 and distributing the molten resin material injected from the injection nozzle to as many as branches of the hot runner 15, and a branch passage 20c for supplying molten resin materials distributed by the branch port to a plurality of corresponding hot runners 15 respectively.
