Furthermore, the charge port 4 is tied on the cover ground fabric 3 to attach tie string 7 consisting of the biodegradable woven fabric for sealing the bag 1. Thereby the sandbag is used for a temporary bank or the like, even when it is left as it is, performance as the sandbag can be held for a few years, and thereafter, since it is decomposed, bad influence is not exerted on an environment.
