    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling quantity of oil in an oil tank by which even if the quantity of fuel in the oil tank becomes excessive, the fuel level is instantaneously dropped to resolve the troublesome condition.
      SOLUTION: The device for controlling the quantity of oil in an oil tank is installed in the engine comprising a lubricating-system fuel-supply path for supplying fuel by a lubrication pump from the oil tank to the engine-lubricating system, an injection-system fuel-supply path for supplying fuel by an injection pump from the oil tank to the injection system, and an injection-system fuel-return path for returning the injection-system return-fuel after being supplied to the injection-system fuel-supply path to the fuel tank. The device for controlling the quantity of oil in an oil tank comprises a bypass passing around the injection system, an opening/closing valve for controlling fuel-inflow into the bypass, and an oil-level sensor for detecting the oil quantity in the oil tank, and further an opening/closing-valve control means for controlling opening/closing of the opening/closing valve on the basis of a value detected by the sensor.

SOLUTION: Gas fuel to be forcibly fed to an injector 1 passes through a filter 40, flowing into a fuel passage 4, and then it is sprayed out of a nozzle hole 11 of a nozzle 10 with a needle 2 lifting. At this time, any foreign substances in the gas fuel is filtrated by this filter 40, and thereby such a possibility that these foreign substances might be bitten into space between the needle 2 and the nozzle 10 and the gas fuel leaked from the injector 1 is prevented from occurring. Most of CNG are transmorted in a gaseous state, and since a trace of oil is mixed in a process till being fed as the CNG, an oil mist in the gas fuel is atomized by the filter 40 and diffused in the fuel passage 4, whereby it is stuck to a peripheral surface slidingly contacting with a guide 30 of the needle 2 and a valve element part 21 colliding with a seat surface 12, improving their lubricativeness.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the evaporation of lubricating oil, by introducing a small quantity of fuel into the lubricating oil during the operation of an engine so that the light substance content of the lubricating oil is increased and the temperature of the lubricating oil adhering to a cylinder is reduced by heat absorption due to the vaporization of the light substances in the lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection pump 4, which acts in connection with the rotation of the crankshaft of an engine 1, comprises plungers 5 and barrels 6 for injection and another plunger 9 and another barrel 10 for fuel introduction. The number of the ejection plungers 5 and that of the ejection barrels 6 correspond to that of the cylinders of the engine 1. Fuel supplied under pressure by the action of the plunger 9 can be introduced into lubricating oil in a crankcase 2 through an introducing nozzle 11 provided in the crankcase. Since the fuel is introduced into the lubricating oil, the temperature of the lubricating oil adhering to a cylinder is reduced by heat absorption due to the vaporization of the light substances of the fuel to suppress the evaporation of the lubricating oil to diminish its consumption.
