    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating device capable of exciting vibrations comprising a plurality of standing waves different in order and capable of moving dust in a desired direction at high removing efficiency.SOLUTION: A vibrator 3 is vibrated by applying alternating voltages to respective piezoelectric elements 2a and 2b. The respective alternating voltages to be applied are waveforms having the frequency of making the vibrator 3 generate vibrations for which a first bending vibration and a second bending vibration different in order are superposed, and different phases. The first bending vibration and the second bending vibration are generated respectively in both of the piezoelectric elements 2a and 2b. Then, the direction of arrangement of a plurality of nodes of the first bending vibration and the direction of arrangement of a plurality of nodes of the second bending vibration are the same direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit removing device which can efficiently remove a powder deposit without requiring labor and time. SOLUTION: The deposit removing device operates as follows. Sheets 11 and 12 are set on the inner surface of a raw material conveying chute 10. The upper end part of the upper sheet 11 is immobilized to the inner surface of the chute 10, while a striking member 13 is arranged on the back of the lower sheet 12. Further, the lower sheet 12 is struck by the striking member 13 to make the powder deposit 20 sticking to the sheet 12, and thus the powder deposit 20 sticking to the sheet 12 is made to fall. Next, the lower sheet 12 is struck in its thickness direction by shuttling the striking member 13 back and forth by a drive source 14.
