SOLUTION: A service plug device 50 as a manual breaking unit, arranged in series together with a relay between a fuel cell and a load, is structured of a case 52, a service plug 70, a rotating lock plate 58, and a limiting switch 64. The rotating lock plate 58 is endowed with a deterrence posture pressing down a head part 74 of the service plug 70 and an allowance posture not inhibiting an operation of the service plug 70. The limiting switch 64 detects that the rotating lock plate 58 moves from the deterrence posture to have a breaking signal directing current interruption outputted to the relay. A cam groove is provided to the lever 2 while a cam pin is provided to the other connector housing 3. When the lever 2 is moved while the cam pin is engaged with the cam groove 21, one connector housing 1 approaches to the other connector housing 3 as the cam pin is guided by the cam groove. Thus, the terminals of both connector housings 1 and 3 contact each other. At the position where one connector housing 1 is attached to the other connector housing 3, so that both terminals are connected together, one connector housing 1 is disposed just over a bolt 33 for fixing the other connector housing 3 to prevent attachment of a bolt attaching/detaching tool 43.
