    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device capable of reading and speedily reproducing a lot of information from a hologram recording medium and obtaining reproduced information high in quality. SOLUTION: Data can be reproduced by scanning an arrangement of element holograms recorded, for example, in a sheet type hologram recording medium by a reproducing device equipped with an imaging means, an information memory means, a correction variable computing means, a variable memory means, and a signal processing means. The correction variable computing means computes correction variables for correction of geographic distortion, optical correction or the like on a two-dimensional image stored in the information memory means, and stores the correction variables in the variable memory means. The correction variable computing means operates computation of correction variables but does not correct the two-dimensional image stored in the information memory means. The signal processing means process signals using the correction variables stored in the variable memory means, and as a result, information subjected to correction of geographic distortion and optical correction can be reproduced.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical memory capable of enhancing reproducibility of recorded information in reproduction. SOLUTION: The optical memory 10 is constituted by laminating a plurality of optical waveguides 17. Each optical waveguide 17 comprises a core layer 13 and clad layers 14 laminated on and under the core layer 13 and a rugged part for reproducing information is formed on one interface between the core layer 13 and the clad layers 14. The core layer 13 and the clad layers 14 are formed by using UV curable resin. The UV curable resin used for the core layer 13 has ≤6% shrinkage. Since film thickness fluctuation generated at the core layer when the resin is irradiated with UV to be cured is suppressed, a BER (Bit Error Rate) in reproducing recorded information can be reduced and reproducibility of recorded information is enhanced.
