摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a round boiler having a free deformable and semi-restricting coupler by a method wherein some divided round boilers are connected, packing bearing plates are linked over adjoining boiler barrels to fix some packing rings, they are enclosed by some pressing plates and then bolts are threadably fixed to bolt blocks. CONSTITUTION:Boiler barrels 1, 1 and 1 are abutted against to each other on a concentric central line, some refractory materials 4 are filled between the adjoining forward and rearward end plates 2 and 3. Supporting fittings 5 and 5 are welded to the end plates to support the refractory material. Packing bearing plates 13 are divided to apply them over a circumference of the boiler barrels. Circular packing rings 14 and 14 are fixed to the right and left ends of the boiler barrels. Bolt blocks 16 and 16 are welded and fixed to the boiler barrels. A longitudinal groove 19 is formed in a packing ring pressing plate 17, the pressing plate 17 is fixed to the bolt block 16 with bolts 18 and then the packing rings 14 are pushed against it to keep an air tightness. Bolt fastening is loosened to produce a sliding effect of the pressing plate 17. Water in the boiler evaporates by a combustion device 8 for a front furnace cylinder 7, the evaporated water passes through each of pipe blocks 9 and is collected at a pipe bundle 11 and then the water vapor is fed to a plant. Combustion gas is discharged through a chimney channel 12.
