A distal end face 55 of a crushing tooth 5 provided in each of rolls 3 of the primary crushing means 10 is formed spherical, and a side face 56 is formed conical. A distal end face 55 of a crushing tooth 5 provided in each of rolls 3 of the secondary crushing means 20 is formed spherical and a side face 56 is formed columnar.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food waste treatment system in which suitable treatment is performed to food waste, and this is efficiently made into cattle food or compost.SOLUTION: Food waste is crushed to classify into reproducible raw material and unrequired matter, thereafter, the raw material is conveyed from a fixed quantity tank 46 performing preheating while storing the raw material to a drying apparatus 50, and is dried to a prescribed water content to be dried matter. Excessive oil and fat components are squeezed to a prescribed oil and fat content in a state where the dried matter is heated and heat-insulated to a fixed temperature, and the same is roughly crushed and is cooled to prevent the resolidification of the oil component remaining in the dried matter. The dried matter is further crushed and filtered to generate cattle food with a prescribed product size. Thereafter, the components of the cattle food are analyzed to prepare componential data. The cattle food after the analysis is stored and is prepared for product shipping together with the componential data. Odor generated from each apparatus is sucked, and the odor components are thermally decomposed and are released to the air as deodorized-detoxified gas.
