SOLUTION: The operation device 1 comprises a body part 12, an operation shaft 11 and a knob 6. The operation shaft 11 is supported by the body part 12 in an oscillating manner in multiple directions with one end 11a as a center. The body part 12 has a plurality of detection switches. The detection switch detects that the operation shaft 11 is oscillated and brought into contact with one end 11a. The knob 6 is mounted on the operation shaft 11. The knob 6 consists of flat faces and ridges. The ridges are provided between adjacent flat faces. The ridges are located between the detection switches adjacent to each other.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable structure of a remote operation device, which is capable of suppressing backlash with a small number of components.SOLUTION: A slide part 21 of a slider 20 is slid on a slide surface 10a formed on an upper surface of a base 10, and in this case, the slider 20 is urged toward the base 10 by a stabilizer 30 constituted of an elastic small-diameter bar-like member. Concretely, the stabilizer 30 is constituted of a center part 31, a connection part 32, a spring part 33, and a contact part 34. When the stabilizer 30 has the contact part 34 brought into contact with a contact recess 40a of a cover 40 attached from above the slider 20 and is urged toward the base 10, the spring part 33 is elastically deformed around a circular arc part 33a, and a retaining part 31a constituting the center part 31 urges the slide part 21 of the slider 20 toward the base 10 by a reaction force of the elastic deformation.
