The signal transmitting means 6 and signal receiving means 7 are disposed in a rail 3. The signal transmitting means 6 is fixed to an upper rail 4 with the protector 5 intervening therebetween. The signal receiving means 7 is fixed to one end of the rail 3. Further, the signal transmitting means 6 and signal receiving means 7 are disposed while being opposed to each other on a straight line.
