    • PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce a long life laminated sheet excellent in rigidity and generating no corrosion, by applying a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin member containing a long glass fiber to the single surface or both surfaces of plywood and heating said member to predetermined temp. to mold the same under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A sheet like fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin member FRTP 1 is preheated to about 200 deg.C to be brought to a semi-molten state and placed on the lower mold 11 of a mold 10. As a reinforcing fiber, a long glass fiber having an average fiber length of 1.0-100mm is used. Next, plywood is placed to the recessed part of the FRTP 1. The plywood 2 is slightly smaller than the FRTP 1 and formed by laminating veneers by an adhesive so as to cross grains each other at a right angle. Next, a sheet like FRTP 3 preheated to about 200 deg.C to be brought to a semi-molten state is placed on the plywood 2 and the upper mold 12 of the mold 10 is allowed to fall to integrally mold the lower FRTP 1, the plywood 2 and the upper FRTP 3. In this case, both upper and lower FRTP 1, 3 are arranged so that the directions of the long fibers contained in the FRTP 1, 3 are made different to to each other.

Thus, common position data is inputted to respective switch devices PS of stations to generate turning-on/off signals. As the result, operation start/end timings of respective switch devices are controlled by said interlock memories.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a cutting edge to be prevented from its damage caused by being bitten with a chip, by positioning a ridgeline of each cutting edge in the more rear side to the more center side of a tap than the extension of a ridgeline of each cutting edge in the front side in a chamber of the tap. CONSTITUTION:Each cutting edge D1-D10 in a chamfer A is arranged such that a ridgeline I of the cutting edges > in the more rear side is positioned to the more center side of a tap than extensions K, L of a ridgeline I of the cutting edges > in the front side. Accordingly, even if a chamfer angle beta is set to, for instance, 24 deg., the chamfer A can be provided with the cutting edges D1-D10 in 2.5 threads, and if a complete thread part B is formed to provide 7.5 threads with a spiral angle alpha of 35 deg., a chip of larger pitch than usual is generated, causing a part of the chip turned 360 deg. after its generation to be discharged from the complete thread part B. In such way, damage of the cutting edge caused by being bitten with the chip can be eliminated.

Under the sensor case 23, there is provided an electrode 25 through a spacer 24 of insulating material. When a tool 28 advances into a space W enclosed by the sensor case 23, coupling capacitance C between the electrode 25 and the tip of the tool 28 increases whereby a current flows passing the coil 22 through the capacitance C and the tool 28, which is detected by a signal processing circuit 27.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable execution of a simple and safe exterior work of a building at a low cost without installing scaffolding, in a simple knockdown gondola suspension type work apparatus. SOLUTION: An arm 18 is supported by a support frame 22 at an intermediate section. The support frame 22 can be moved along a coping 28 of a concrete building by a roller 26. A gondola 14 is suspended from one end of the arm 18 with a suspension cable 16. A horizontal movement frame 38 is installed at the other end of the arm 18 and is provided with a water tank 36 as a weight. The horizontal movement frame 38, having the water tank 36, is located at a position away from the support frame 22 acting as a fulcrum by a distance y which is larger than distance x to the suspension point of the gondola. The weight of the water tank and the ratio of x/y are set, in such a manner as to make the moment of pushing the weight toward the top face of the building at least 2.5 times larger than the moment in the direction opposite to the former.
