摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform extremely easy repair in a short time by using a repair sheet composed of a random mesh sheet coated with the same paint as colorful pattern paint used on a colorful pattern coated surface to be repaired. SOLUTION: A random mesh sheet having a number of small holes is formed by using the same paint as colorful pattern paint used on a colorful pattern painted surface to be repaired and forms a repair sheet 4. Preferably, the repair sheet is separably formed on a substrate to form a repair sheet set. Further, a paint defect 5, such as flaw and dirt, contained in a colorful pattern paint layer 2 formed on a base material 1 of a building wall surface is coated with an adhesive layer 3 to cover the defect. A repair sheet 4 is then stuck on the adhesive layer 3. This constitution performs extremely easy and rapid repair of the colorful pattern coated surface.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating element controller capable of accurately obtaining a sense of handle operation corresponding to a traveling state and attaining a virtual effect filled with reality. SOLUTION: A handle 1 is connected to a motor 16 to be rotated so as to apply reaction to the handle 1 through an ER clutch (a clutch using an electric rheology fluid component as a connection medium) 21. The operation force of the handle 1 is transmitted from the inner 30 of the clutch 21 to its outer 40 and the traveling state of an automobile is displayed on a monitor 3 based on the rotational position information of the handle 1. When necessity for applying braking to the handle 1 based on the traveling state is generated, the information is supplied from a CPU 2 to a control unit (CU) 61, which impresses an electric field to the clutch 21 and supplies a reaction side driving current to the motor 16. Therefore the clutch 21 is turned to a connected state and the outer 40 of the clutch 21 is reversely rotated by the motor 16, so that the handle 1 united with the inner 30 is braked by braking force corresponding to the traveling state.
