    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector causing no conduction failure and no short circuit even if a holder and a flexible printed circuit are obliquely inserted therein.SOLUTION: A connector 2 includes a connector housing 10 having a connector fitting chamber 14 and a tuning-fork terminal 11 disposed in the connector fitting chamber 14. A holder 31 is fitted to a flexible printed circuit 32 and a mating terminal 33 of the flexible printed circuit 32 is thereby brought into contact with the tuning-fork terminal 11 in the connector fitting chamber 14. The side face of the connector fitting chamber 14 is formed into a tapered surface 14b tapering toward the position of an opening 14a of the connector fitting chamber 14 in a range from the position of the opening 14a to a position corresponding to a position just before the mating terminal 33 is brought into contact with the tuning-fork terminal 11, and the connector housing 10 is movably supported in a camera case 3 in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the holder 31 and the flexible printed circuit 32 and in a rocking direction for making the direction of the opening 14a of the connector fitting chamber 14 variable.
