摘要： PURPOSE:To accomplish the intended molding with only one injecting action by one injection machine through sequential injection of melted resin varying the molecular weight and the amount of dispersant and the like at random employing a pin gate type injection molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A melted resin is injected into a mold cavity 10 via a pin gate from a nozzle 2 varying the molecular weight and the amount and the nature of the dispersant and the like at random. The melted resin material thus injected is initially solidified in contact with the molding surface close to the pin gate of the mold cavity 10 and then, successively done along the molding surface flowing away from the pin gate. As a result, a molded product having an annual ring pattern M can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a deep protrusions sufficient to secure the fitting strength with a container body, by constituting a protrusion formed at the rear plate of a grip having a vertically long holding part by a pair of protrusions oppositely positioned so as to span the side periphery of the container body. CONSTITUTION:In a unified structure of a container 1 combined with a grip 6 separately fabricated from the blow-molded container 1, the grip 6 is formed to be vertically long ring composed of a holding part by hands and a rear plate 6-1 attached to the container. A pair of protrusions 7R, 7L and 8R, 8L are formed at the right and left hands from the center of holding part respectively at the rear plate 6-1. Respective protrusions 7R, 7L and 8R, 8L are constituted of stud plate 6-2 rised from the rear plate 6-1 of the grip 6 and the plates 6-3 projected upward forming a unit with the stud 6-2. In this way, the distance between the rear plate 6-1 of the grip 6 and the peripheral edge of the opening of the container is lessened and the holding margin is increased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable thorough cleaning of a rack with many corners, to which all kinds of soil have adhered by cleaning the rack to which soils have adhered by an ultrasonic cleaning in a solution with a surface active agent after dipping the rack in a liquid for a prescribed period of time, and then rinsing with water. CONSTITUTION:A rack before cleaning is dipped in a liquid for a prescribed period of time. Then an ultrasonic cleaning is given in a solution with a surface active agent, and both at the bottom and corners, the cleaning efficiency is raised. By giving a rinsing with water at the last stage, the surface active agent which has stuck on the rack is washed off, and thus the rack is maintained clean.
