    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a roof structure, which shortens working hours by making good use of advantages of a block constructing method for constructing a structure by using low-capacity equipment. SOLUTION: Roof blocks 1A to 1E are sequentially or simultaneously assembled while they are borne by means of temporary supports 3A to 3E set on a foundation G present at lower peripheral locations thereof. Then, the roof blocks 1A to 1E are sequentially raised from a central portion to the periphery thereof by means of a plurality of push-up devices 4, 4, etc., which move from the central portion to the periphery thereof along a plurality of moving rails 2, 2, etc., which are radially laid from the central portion. Then, joint connecting portions 5A to 5D of the adjacent roof blocks are sequentially connected to each other. By virtue of the method, construction of the roof blocks and the push-up work are carried out by a necessary minimum number of general purpose equipment units each having an ordinary capacity, without limitation of a plot or without awaiting subsequent procedures, in a systematic and efficient manner. Further, the method contributes to shortening of a construction period, drastic reduction in construction cost, and safe work due to elimination of high-altitude work. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost roof structure for greening, having high waterproof effect, easy to construct, and enabling firm setting of a greening layer on a roof structure member. SOLUTION: The low-cost roof structure for greening is obtained by setting up a greening layer 4 on the top part of a roof structure member 1. The greening layer 4 is formed by sequentially laminating a base board 4A, air space 4C, water-retainable layer 4D, cover soil layer 4E and vegetation mat 4F, and is fixed by fixing tools 6 on the corrugated top part of a corrugated member 2 which is set on the top part of the roof structure member 1. A waterproof sheet 4B is disposed between the base board 4A and the air space 4C. In this structure, the waterproof sheet 4B as a first-stage waterproofing means, and the corrugated member 2 as a second-stage waterproofing means contribute to doubled-waterproofing effect to reduce the anxiety of water leakage by half, and thereby, the roof structure for greening can be applied at a low cost without any skills under the securement of a large mounting space to remarkably shorten work periods and get a serious cost reduction by applying the general-purpose simple waterproof sheet 4B and using the corrugated member 2 without any specific selection of material therefor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain horizontal reaction from being imparted to a lower structure by preventing stormwater from invading the surface contacted by a bearing in a sliding condition and moving the bearing easily with the released support of a fixed load of the roof structure during the construction of the roof structure. SOLUTION: Slide members 5 and 6 are respectively fixed to the lower structure 1 and the bearing 3a in order to be made to contact them in the sliding condition. An oil sump groove 7 capable of sufficiently storing oil 8 such as grease, etc., is formed in the surface contacted in the sliding condition and positioned on the lower side of each of the slide members 5 and 6 so as to prevent the surface contacted in the sliding condition from being frozen due to the invasion by stormwater. The movement of the bearing 3a with the released support of the fixed load of the roof structure 2 prevents an outflow of the oil 8 from the surface contacted by the bearing 3 in the sliding condition. Consequently, the support 3a is easily moved for the horizontal reaction not to be imparted to the lower structure 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for constructing a roof structure capable of preventing the enlargement of the device, reducing weight and the number of temporary materials, and shortening construction term greatly. SOLUTION: Cutout parts 14 are provided in a plurality of sections at a peripheral fringe of the roof structure 1, lift-up devices 5 are installed in a group of permanent skeletons 4 implanted with guide rails 10, 11 in these cutout parts 14, and groups of outer skeletons 2, 3 are constructed on slide rails 8, 9 outside the peripheral fringe of the roof structure 1 among the groups of the skeletons 4. After the roof structure 1 is lifted up to a predetermined height by a plurality of push-up devices 6 installed in a lower part inside the roof structure 1 and the lift-up devices 5, the groups of outer skeletons 2, 3 are slid into the roof structure 1 to support the roof structure 1 to construct a linking skeleton between the groups of the skeletons with 4 the group of outer skeletons 2, 3 and to perform finish construction of the cutout parts 14.

    • PURPOSE: To make a lift-up method applicable to a mid-to-high-rise building with efficiency improved, reducing term of works and costs for building by a method wherein fabrication works for slab structural bodies, roof panels, external wallings, etc., are executed on the ground without requiring works at elevated spots. CONSTITUTION: Core columns A are oppositely erected beforehand at a construction site, and lift-up jacks 2, capable of hoisting and lowering lift-up rods, are installed on each of extension parts 1 of the core columns A. Then, slab structural bodies C and roof panels B are fabricated on the ground between the core columns A, starting from the undermost story and heading for the upper stories, or starting from the upper story and heading for the lower stories. Openings are covered with external wallings D. Then, slab structural bodies C and the roof panels B are lifted up by the lift-up jacks 2 for a height equivalent to one story, and the slab structural bodies C and the roof panels B for the undermost story are additionally installed to specified positions, and the external wallings D are installed to the openings opened after the lift-up. By repeating works for lifting up in the height for one story and fitting the external wallings, the slab structural bodies C and the roof panels B are installed successively from the lower stories to the upper stories between the core columns A.

    • PURPOSE:To connect roof tiles to an outside support member through a preliminarily manufactured joint member. CONSTITUTION:The end parts of an upper chord member 14 and a lower chord member 15 constituting a joint member 13 are opposed to the side part 1a of a roof system 1 and the side part 3a of an outside support member 3, respectively. Bolt holes are preliminarily formed on both the opposed parts of each set, and one bolt hole is formed to have a diameter larger than the diameter of a bolt to insert. A high strength bolt is used as the bolt to connect both the opposed parts of each set to joint plates laid along them, and both the end parts of web members 16 are then superposed on the upper chord member 14 and the lower chord member 15, respectively. Bolt holes are preliminarily formed on both the superposed parts of each set, and one bolt hole is formed to have a diameter larger than the diameter of a bolt to insert. A high strength bolt is used as the bolt to mutually connect both the superposed parts.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a cylindrical roof to be easily fabricated by making the roof of a curved panel of nearly headed triangle form with breadth gradually changed symmetrically right and left about ridge center for having a wide section at the side of an eaves and a narrow section at the opposite side thereof, regarding the plan view of the roof. CONSTITUTION:Regarding the plan view of a cylindrical roof 4 having a radius R, a roof panel 2 of approximately headed triangle form having an apex angle of theta is formed in such a way as having breadth gradually changed right and left symmetrically about ridge center C for having a wide section 2a at the side of an eaves, and a narrow section at the opposite side thereof. Then, the adjacent sections 2b of the panel 2 are jointed to each other via a ridge line section roof 3, and the ridge side ends of the panel 2 are jointed to each other via a compression ring 7, thereby making a roof 1. According to this construction, the roof 1 can be easily designed and manufactured, and various roof forms of different design and appearance can be easily provided.
