    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously maintain a stirring function by enabling free rotation of at least one step stirring blade of stirring blades on the outer circumference of a rod in a horizontal plane over a specified angle range around the rod.
      SOLUTION: A support part 4a of each of right and left stirring blades 4 is fitted into a groove 1a of a rod 1 above an excavation head 2, then its flange part is fastened by a bolt 5, and the blades 4 are mounted around the rod 1 so as to be rotatable in a horizontal plane. The blades 4 are protrusively formed on the rod 1 at vertical intervals with their phases made different 90 mutually. Upon execution of work, the rod is rotated normally to make the head 2 excavate the ground, and the blades 4 performs stirring, mixing sand and earth with chemicals while the chemicals are discharged via a chemicals feeding passage 3. When sand and earth stick to the blades 4 and are turned into a cluster state, the work is stopped, then the stuck earth and sand are separated from the rod by reversely rotating the rod 1 and the blades 4 are exposed.

    • PURPOSE:To make the burying execution of an egg-shaped pipe highly efficient by forming the rear part of a guiding pipe following a cutting edge pipe having a circular section into a reverse egg-shaped section, charging a kneaded agent composed of excavated soil and slurry into a gap between the periphery of a circular hole and the guiding pipe, and pressing an egg-shaped pipe into the above guiding pipe. CONSTITUTION:A driving section 3 is moved back to set an egg-shaped pipe (a) at a pipe receiving port 6. After a cutting edge pipe 9 is set toward an underground, a screwed auger 17 is rotatingly driven, and slurry is supplied through a passage 20. Next, the ground situated at the tip of the cutting edge pipe 9 is smoothly excavated by an excavating head 18, and excavated soil is kneaded with the slurry. A propelling cylinder 5 is then stretched to advance the driving section 3 for pressing the cutting edge pipe 9 and a front guiding pipe 8 into a circular hole in order. On the other hand, the excavated soil is conducted from the back side of the excavating head 18 by a guide wall 19 to enter a casing 15, and agitatingly mixed there, and fed backward by the blade 17b of the screwed auger 17. After the advancing of a rear guiding pipe 7, a hole having a reverse egg-shaped section is formed, and the egg-shaped pipe (a) is advanced into this hole, and buried in a steady state.
