    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavating apparatus capable of accurately and efficiently excavating a bottom part in a casing pressed into a shaft in an impact breaking type inside excavating apparatus using a full slewing machine.
      SOLUTION: The liftably suspended impact breaking type inside excavating apparatus comprises a mechanism for positioning a breaker, utilizing the turning force of the casing; a tilt mechanism for turning a chisel laterally; a mechanism equipped with a counterweight and allowing the impact breaking type inside excavating apparatus itself to take impact reaction; and a horizontal expansion fixing mechanism for the breaker by a spacer used as a balance weight in the case of the casing being larger than the diameter of the excavating apparatus.
