    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the pressure difference between a closed space and the outside air pressure and miniaturize the device as a whole, by absorbing the pressure change of the closed space and keeping it in a certain fine positive pressure, owing to the volumetric chance caused by the movement of the airtight container connected to the closed space, necessitating the protection against the pressure change in the space. SOLUTION: A pressure control system to examine the circulation of substances by plants is constituted of a plurality of rubber buffers 200 absorbing the ordinary outside air pressure change and the pressure change of a plant- cultivation section 100 constituted of a closed space completely cut off from the outside air, by the volumetric change of the movement thereof and a pipe 110 connecting the plant-cultivation section 100 and the rubber buffers 200. The rubber buffer 200 made of chloroprene rubber in which nylon fibers are woven to have flexible and light-weight characteristics absorbs the pressure change of the plant-cultivation section 100 by increasing or dectreasing the volume in a fine pressure difference between the presure in the section and the outside air pressure and keeps the section in a fine positive pressure and prevents the penetration of the outside air.

    • PURPOSE:To set an adequate electromagnetic force and to save electric power in a bubble separator consisting of a hydrophobic membrane, magnets and electrodes by installing gas detectors in passages on the inflow and outflow sides of a gas-liquid multiphase flow. CONSTITUTION:In a bubble separator consisting of a hydrophobic membrane 3, magnets 6, 6' and electrodes 10, 10', gas detectors 14, 14' are installed in an inflow side passage 4 and/or an outflow side passage 5 of a gas-liquid multiphase flow 8. Since bubble contents are detected at the inlet and outlet, current value is controlled, based on the detected value. Thereby an adequate electromagnetic force can be set in the bubble separator to save electric power. Further, bubble generation from the electrodes can be prevented by setting the upper limit of the current value of the bubble separator and controlling the current value so that it may not exceed the upper limit. In addition, a temp. sensor 20 is installed in the multiphase liquid in the gas-liquid separator to measure temp. which is kept within a range of regulated temp. by controlling the current value. Thereby the temp. is the prescribed value or less and the death of biological samples can be prevented.
