SOLUTION: A rotatable shaft 20 is mounted on a non-magnetic pipe 17 mounted in a main body cylinder 10 in a state of being projected from a lower end of the non-magnetic pipe 17, a rudder 24 directed in the water current direction is mounted on a lower end of the shaft 20, an internal magnet 30 is mounted on the shaft 20 in the non-magnetic pipe 17, a pair of distortion detecting plates 26, 27 are mounted in a state of being suspended down along an outer side face of the non-magnetic pipe 17 from upper end both sides of the non-magnetic pipe 17, external magnets 28, 29 are mounted oppositely to the internal magnet 30 at a non-magnetic pipe 17 side of a lower part of the distortion detecting plates 26, 27, and FBGs 31, 32 connected to the optical fiber 33 and respectively outputting the different wavelengths from the light emitted from the optical fiber 33 by the distortion, are integrally mounted on the distortion detecting plates 26, 27.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lower coefficient of friction by applying absorbable plasticizer onto the surface of corrosion-proof layer or the inner face of conduit and moving a corrosion-proof cable through the conduit before the plasticizer is absorbed by the corrosion-proof layer. CONSTITUTION:A corrosion-proof cable 1 comprises a 1000mm , 275kV crosslinked polyethylene insulated aluminum sheath power cable, a conduit 2 comprises a PFP pipe and an FRP pipe, and a friction reducing material, i.e., a plasticizer, is composed of a phthalate. The plasticizer is absorbed in gauze and applied softly onto the surface of corrosion-proof layer of the corrosion-proof cable 1, which is then placed in the conduit 2. The corrosion- proof cable 1 is then drawn out by means of a motor jack 3 through a chain rope 5 and a load cell 4. When the corrosion-proof cable 1 is applied with the plat plasticizer on the surface and moved through the conduit 2, coefficient of friction can be lowered considerably.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a bonding agent from running-off to the wall interior of the pipes and guarantee the smoothness of the wall interior surface by a method wherein a body expandable by a fluid is expanded and abutted to an internal surface of the bonded section, thereafter, the expanded body is contracted and withdrawn together with an operating tube after the bonding agent is set when the bonding agent is coated and the pipes are abutted to each other. CONSTITUTION:In case the pipes 1, 2 are connected by a bonding agent, fluid is transferred from a hydraulic pressure controlling means 4 to the expandable body 6 through the operating tube 5 to expand the expandable body 6 into the same size as the inner diameter of the connecting section of the pipes 1, 2 substantially. Thereafter, the expandable body 6 is pressurized by the control means 4 through flexible operating tube 5 to contact it with the connecting section of the pipes 1, 2 closely. After the bonding agent coated between the pipes 1, 2 is hardened, the expanded body is contracted and withdrawn from the end of the pipe by pulling the flexible operating tube. Thus, the bonding agent will never run off into the inner side of the pipes because the pipes and the expanded body are contacted closely and the connecting section of the pipes may be joined smoothly.
