    • PURPOSE:To make the appearance of a product favorable by preventing adhesion of resin to an external circumferential wall surface of a multilayer base, by providing a time difference in a fluid distribution of resin within a mold so that the molten resin is supplied to a creasing part of the multilayer base (insert material), to begin with, and then to the remainder of the same at the time when the multilayer base is made into a three dimensional shape from a two dimensional shape. CONSTITUTION:Resin layers 5A-5D consisting of linear protrusions are extended radially centering around a gate 32 (G8) of the central part and the remains of the resin layers 5E-5H are constituted flat. The resin layers 5A-5D are formed to supply in advance the molten resin to a creasing part (four corners) of an insert material which is apt to generate creases from the gate G8 at the time of clamping and then injection molding is performed so that the remains of the resin layers 5E-5H are formed.
