CONSTITUTION:0.5-10pts.wt. antimony oxide (C), 5.0-40pts.wt. brominated epoxy compound (D) of a bromine content of 5.0-52wt.% an an average MW of 1,200-6,000 and 0.1-5.0pts.wt. methacryloylated alkoxysilane (E) are added to 100pts.wt. resin component prepared by mixing at least one heat-resistant resin (A) selected from a copolymer of a styrene compound (a) with an alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid imide compound (b) and a component (a)/component (b) copolymer (c) reinforced with a rubber reinforcing material with a thermoplastic resin (B) obtained by grafting component (a) and acrylonitrile or methyl methacrylate (e) onto a butadiene rubber, an ethylene/propylene rubber or an acrylate rubber (d) in such amounts that the total of component (a)and component (b) is 10-50wt.%, the amount of component (b) is 5-50wt.%, the total of component (c) and component (d) is 5-35wt.%.
