摘要： NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R and R are alkyl;(n) is 1-3). EXAMPLE:Diethylaminomethyldiethylaminodimethylsilane. USE:A silylating agent for organic synthesis, a bonding improver for the interface between an inorganic and an organic substances and a primer for photoresists used in semiconductors. PREPARATION:An N,N-dialkylallylamine expressed by the formula R R NCH2CH=CH2 is made to react with an N, N--dialkylaminodimethylsdilane expressed by formula II in the presence of preferably 100-130ppm catalyst (e.g. a platinum compound, a rhodium compound or a ruthenium compound), as necessary, in a hydrocarbon-based solvent (e.g. benzene or cyclohexane) at 60-100 deg.C, preferably 70-80 deg.C under atmospheric pressure or a higher pressure for 3-72hr.

The org. silicon compd. is obtd. by the hydrolysis of a hydrolyzable silane mixture in water or an org. solvent containing water in an amt. necessary for hydrolysis or a larger amt. The hydrolyzable silane mixture contains hydrolyzable silanes containing nitrogen-contg. org. groups expressed by formula I and formula II and their partial hydrolysates by 100 pts.wt. and 5 to 200 pts.wt., respectively. In the formulae, R , R are each a 1 to 8C substd. or unsubstd. univalent hydrocarbon group, R , R are each a 1 to 4C alkoxy group or acyloxy group. This compsn. is effective to protect the surface of a product which is directly exposed to the air. The surface of the coating film is changed into hydrophilic one by irradiation of light including UV rays and the obtd. film shows excellent contamination preventing property.
