    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of sparks throughout the whole process of drilling work by providing a water supply way in the shaft center direction of a drill bit and a water jetting hole in the tip portion of shaft core and then supplying water from an external water source. SOLUTION: A water supply way 3 is provided inside a drill bit 1 along the rotating shaft center of the drill bit 1, and a water jetting hole 2 is provided near the tip in the shaft center direction. A water supply mechanism 5 for supplying water from the outside of the water supply way 3 is fitted to a coupling rod member 10 in a freely rotatable manner. A ring-shaped water space 23 for filling water between a water jacket member 20 and a coupling rod member 10 is formed, and a water supply hose 45 from the outside is connected to a joint portion 21. By making a configuration as stated above, the generation of sparks due to the impact between the drill bit 1 and an object to be drilled can be prevented, or generated sparks are shielded with water against combustible gases or liquids thereby preventing igilion from occurring.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve miniaturization and cost reduction of a heat exchanger by preheating a cooling medium with a heat exchange between discharge gas and the cooling medium by using a regenerative heat exchanger of switching time within a minute, so as to improve efficiency in a heat exchange. On the other hand, the cooling media passes through a bypass line 32 to suppress a temaperature fluctuation in a temperature relaxing chamber 30, and after a time within a minute, the switching valves 20, 24, 36, 40 are instantaneously switched to introduce the discharge gas and cooling medium respectively to the heat storage tanks A, B. Thus by repeatedly switching the switching valves, a heat exchange between the discharge gas and cooling medium is efficiently performed to provide miniaturization capable, and setting up and economical efficiency can be improved.
