    • PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a titled antenna and to eliminate a dielectric loss, by constituting it so that frequency can be used in common by a simple specular surface, without using a frequency selecting board and a frequency common-use primary radiator. CONSTITUTION:A titled antenna is formed by a main reflector 1 consisting of a paraboloid of revolution, a subreflector 2 consisting of a hyperboloid of revolution which has been placed so that one of 2 focuses is held in common with the reflector 1, and a primary radiator 4 placed in the vicinity of the other focus. In this case, another primary radiator 5 for irradiating an electromagnetic wave whose frequency is different from that of the radiator 4 is placed in the vicinity of a common focus of the reflector 1 and a reflector 9. A part of the reflector 9 is cut so that irradiation to the reflector 1 from the radiator 5 can be executed. As a result, an electric wave of low frequency is radiated from the radiator 5, is reflected by the reflector 9, and after that, becomes a wave surface as if it has been radiated from a focus 3, is made incident to the reflector 1, becomes in-phase, and becomes a radiation beam.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the selection of the output frequency freely with less loss, by combining the periodic type branching unit having two paris of the input and output terminals and the switch having three input and output terminals. CONSTITUTION:Taking the transmission frequency of the transmitter TX1 as F1 and that of the transmitter TX2 as F2. F1 and F2 are synthesized at the input and output terminal 29 of the periodic type branch unit PF19 and picked up. When the waves of F1...Fn are input to a pair of inputs of the periodic type branch unit, the outputs of F1, F3...are picked from one output and these of F2, F4... from another output with the operation of the directional coupler and the phase shifter in the unit. That is, if the transmission is made with F2 for TX1 and F1 for TX2, the synthesized wave is appeared at the output terminal 30. The transmission can be made with almost no loss even if the transmission frequencies of TX1 and TX2 are selected so that an odd or even number is not given.

    • PURPOSE:To attain light weight without losing electric characteristics such as insertion loss and scttering by selecting a face of a 1st dielectric substance larger than the face of a 2nd dielectric sheet and providing a dielectric spacer only to a part limited by the face of the 2nd dielectric sheet. CONSTITUTION:Since an incident area 14 of a transmission wave is sufficiently smaller than a projection area 15 of a reflected wave, the incident area 14 of the transmission wave is surrounded by a peripheral support frame 12. No dielectric spacer 11 is provided on a part at the outside of the support frame 12 and the dielectric sheet 9 for the part is omitted and only a reinforcement member 16 to support the dielectric sheet 9 of the projection area 15 is installed. The transmission wave transmits through the dielectric sheets 9 on both the faces, but the reflected wave, as shown in a path 7, is reflected in the sheet face mostly on the reflector and radiator side and the other sheet face does not almost contribute to the reflecting characteristic. Thus, even when the dielectric sheet 9 and the dielectric spacer 11 for the part are omitted, the reflection characteristic is not lost.
