    • PURPOSE:To moderate the uneven settlement of a building structure with an easy construction by forming the bottom surface of the foundation part of a building in such a manner that the bottom wall is the deepest in the center part, and gradually shallowed toward the peripheral part to provide a basement within the foundation part. CONSTITUTION:A foundation 11 is formed of a floating foundation which is the deepest in the bottom wall 13a in the center part, and gradually shallowed stepwise toward the peripheral part as bottom walls 13b, 13c. Therefore, the buoyancy acting on the foundation 11 from the ground is the largest in the bottom surface 13a, and gradually reduced toward the bottom surfaces 13b, 13c. According to the buoyancy, the distribution of the supporting force of the foundation 11 is also set so as to be the highest in the bottom wall 13a and gradually reduced toward the bottom walls 13b, 13c. On the other hand, the load acting on the foundation 11 from a building 10 is set to be the maximum in the center part and small in the peripheral part. The buoyancy from the ground G acting on the foundation 11 is conformed to the distribution of the load from the building 10 to make the distribution of the vertical stress acting on the lower ground G more uniform than in the past.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitely support a horizontal force acting to a pile head portion during a great earthquake by maintaining a coupling state between the pile head portions of foundation piles and a foundation framing body almost to a pin connection (bending resistance is zero) regardless of an extent of the axial force. SOLUTION: A coupling hole 3 is formed on the bottom surface of the foundation framing body 1, and the pile head portion 4 of the foundation pile 2 is inserted to the inside of a coupling hole 3. Between the upper end wall 4a of the pile head portion of the foundation piles and the bottom wall 3a inside the upper end hole mutually facing each other, an elastic body 5 is interposed which is combined only with one wall 4a of the walls 4a, 3a opposite to each other and not combined with other wall 3a. Between the facing surfaces of the elastic body 5 at the non-combined side and the wall 3a, a slip plate 6 is interposed which permits the relative slide in the horizontal direction of the facing surfaces. Between the outer peripheral wall 4b of the pile head portion of the foundation pile and the inner peripheral wall 3b of the coupling hole, an elastic body 8 or a viscous body 9 is interposed which is coupled only to one of the peripheral wall 4b among the facing peripheral walls 4b, 3b and is not coupled to the other peripheral wall 3b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number and weight of new piles, and to reduce the quantity of existing piles abandoned by installing a fluid layer consisting of a fluid and supporting a building frame while having fluidity under the building frame and supporting the building frame through the fluid layer by the piles and the upper section of the ground. SOLUTION: When the load of a building frame 40 is applied distortedly to piles 10 by land subsidence, etc., the internal pressure of pile upper sections as the upper sections of pile head sections 11 in a fluid layer 30 is made higher than that of a lightweight-body upper section as the upper section of a lightweight body 20. Consequently, the fluid body in the pile upper sections is moved towards the lightweight-body upper section owing to the pressure difference. Gravity works by the positioning of the pile upper sections at places higher than the lightweight-body upper section in addition to pressure difference, and the fluid body is moved smoothly and quickly. Accordingly, since the internal pressure of the pile upper sections is lowered and the internal pressure of the lightweight-body upper section is increased, the internal pressure of the pile upper sections and the lightweight-body upper section is levelled rapidly. The levelling is generated at all times in a moment when the load of the building frame 40 is applied uneven to the piles 10.
