摘要： PURPOSE:To make a packing always fastened by providing a projection with a diameter the same as the bore of a spigot in the inner part of a faucet, and a projection at the outer part of the spigot, arranging a packing to seal a clearance between the spigot and the faucet, and providing a stopper at the inner surface of the faucet. CONSTITUTION:In a coupling 20, a spigot 11 and a faucet 12 are connected by a packing 14, and the coupling 20 can move freely in the axial direction between a projection 21 and a stopper 22 coping with a deformation of the ground to some extent, and the surface pressure of the packing 4 is scarcely changed from the setting time. When the deformation is of a tension operation, the projection 23 of the spigot 11 and the stopper 22 of the faucet 12 hit, and the slopes 26 and 27 formed at the hitting surface are engaged each other, to contract the faucet 12 in the radial direction. On the other hand, when the deformation is of a contraction operation, a slope 24 of the end face of the projection 21 and a slope 25 of the end face of the spigot 11 hit each other to expand the spigot 11 in the radial direction. In such a way, the packing 14 is fastened constantly either to the tension or the contraction, and thereby a good sealing property is exercised to a large deformation of the ground owing to an earthquake and the like, and no leakage is generated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To insert a valve into a pipeline without stopping a flow by installing a gate valve in the fitting of a main pipe, cutting this main pipe, attaching a plug clamper to this gate valve, opening it, and removing the gate valve and the plug clamper from each element, while inserting a stopper into a drill hole of the main pipe, and closing this main pipe. CONSTITUTION:An adapter 111 is attached to a fitting 1 of a main pipe 5 and a gate valve 7 in addition. The main pipe 5 is cut by a cutter 201 of a drill 2000 of the gate valve 7. This drill 200 is removed, and a plug clamper 38 with a plug 105 fitted with a stopper 101 is attached to the gate valve 7. This stopper 101 is held in the adapter 111, and the plug clamper 38 is removed from the adapter 111. The stopper 101 is inserted into a drill part of the main pipe 5 by an extension shaft, having it expanded wide, closing the main pipe 5. In consequence, since an excavating area of a road surface or the like and a working part of the main pipe are few, a construction period is sharply reducible.

The pipe apex part of the main pipe 120 is cut by a cutter 100 and after the blade tip part 102 of the cutter main body 101 reaches the inner face 120a of the main pipe 120, and the outside part of the blade tip of the single diamond point tool 106 formed on the blade tip part 102 completes cutting prior to the inside part, so the cut piece is generated as a burr on a cutting piece 126. Consequently the strip like cut piece generated by cutting is sticked to the cutting piece 126 on the whole as a burr and recovered.

The volume of the gas is reduced by the cooling to increase the density, so the gas is efficiently exhausted.
