摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for processing terminals of high-frequency coaxial cables, capable of stripping housing sheaths reliably and stably by a specified distance from their end face. SOLUTION: An apparatus for processing the terminals of high-frequency coaxial cables comprises a guide cylinder 7 into which an end of a high-frequency coaxial cable 1 is to be inserted and along which the circumference of its housing sheath 2 is slid, an L-shaped cutting edge 8 for sheath stripping attached to the guide cylinder 7 on its end face 7a side, and a shaft member having a contact face 29b that is to be brought into contact with the end face of the high-frequency coaxial cable 1 and thereby controls the length H of the housing sheath 2 to be stripped. By the rotation of the guide cylinder 7 around is axis, the first portion 15 of the cutting edge 8 for sheath stripping cuts the housing sheath 2 spiral, and further, a second portion 16 of the cutting edge 8 for sheath stripping separates the housing sheath 2 from the outer conductor outward.

摘要： PURPOSE:To knead resin and gaseous foaming-agent excellently by providing on a cylinder wall a nozzle capable of injecting the gaseous foaming-agent into a part whose pressure is lowered at sonic velocity and providing on a screw axis irregularity for kneading. CONSTITUTION:In a cylinder 2 of an extruder A, an injection nozzle 1 capable of injecting a non-fluorocarbon based gaseous foaming agent 6 of less than a fixed flow rate at sonic velocity is provided. In order to inject the gaseous foaming agent 6 by the injection nozzle 1 at the sonic velocity more easily, a screw 3 is constituted so as to partially lower the pressure in the cylinder at the injecting part. That is, a volume of a flight pitch f1 at a place with the screw 3 is set to be smaller than volumes of following flight pitches f2 and f3. Accordingly, the pressure in the cylinder 2 in the neighborhood of the pitch f3 lowers when a resin reaches the pitch f3 from the pitch f1. In order to compensate it, pinnings 4 as irregularity for kneading are provided on the axis of the screw 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable not only the outflow of gas in a sonic velocity region but also the stable injection gas at the time of the extrusion molding of synthetic resin foam using a non-fluorocarbon gas foaming agent by setting the ratio of gas outlet pressure and gas inlet pressure to a critical pressure ratio or less and using diamond in the wall of the gas passage of an outlet part. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle main body 1 reduces in its orifice diameter monotonously toward its tip and diamond is used in the tip outlet part of the nozzle main body 1. This nozzle A is attached to an extrusion molding machine and the change of the orifice diameter of the nozzle A over the total length thereof and the supply temp. and pressure of gas are determined so that the ratio P2/P1 of the pressure P1 of a fluid at the inlet a1 of the nozzle and the pressure P2 of the fluid at the outlet a2 of the nozzle becomes a critical pressure ratio or less. By this constitution, a gaseous foaming agent can be stably injected without being affected by the fluctuations of the pressure in the cylinder of an extruder. At this time, the flow velocity of the gas at the outlet a2 of the nozzle becomes sonic velocity but, by using diamond, the processing of fine orifices becomes possible with high accuracy and the deterioration and abrasion of the nozzle can be suppressed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a polymer composition containing baron nitride having respective specific particle diameter and specific surface area as a nucleating agent and useful for foaming extrusion molding use. CONSTITUTION: This polymer composition for foaming extrusion molding to extrude in the presence of a foaming agent contains at least a base resin containing a thermally meltable and extrudable polyolefin resin and boron nitride as a nucleating agent. Since the foamed insulating layer is producible without using a drying process, the production efficiency of coaxial cable can be improved and the production cost can be reduced.
