    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute a selection of dehumidification operation and weak heating operation without deteriorating an amenity of indoor temperature by selectively performing the dehumidification operation or the weak heating operation according to a detected room temperature. SOLUTION: A central control section 22 execute a comparison of a detected temperature with a specified first reference temperature (e.g. 14.5 deg.C) relating to room temperature stored in a table storage section 23 in advance, a comparison of a detected indoor humidity with a specified reference humidity (e.g. 50%) relating to indoor humidity, a comparison of a detected human activity quantity with a reference activity quantity (e.g. 50 W) relating to human activity quantity and a comparison of a detected outdoor temperature with a specified second reference temperature (e.g. 16 deg.C) relating to outdoor temperature. As a result of these comparisons, a weak heating operation is executed only in the case wherein the room temperature is not higher than the first reference temperature, the indoor humidity is not higher than the reference humidity, the human activity quantity is not higher than the reference human activity quantity and the outdoor temperature is not higher than the second reference temperature, and a dehumidification operation is executed in other cases.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge dusts collected in a room to the outside of the room without reducing a discharge air volume by eliminating ventilating resistance inside of a cylindrical body of a flow channel opening and closing device.
      SOLUTION: This flow channel opening and closing device has an oscillating shaft 14 mounted at an upper portion outside of the cylindrical body 11 as a flow channel, a flow channel opening and closing blade 15 at one side of the oscillating shaft 14, and a superposing portion 16 at the other side, the flow channel opening and closing blade 15 is kept into contact with an end face of the cylindrical body 11 as a flow-out opening when the flow channel is closed, and the superposing portion 16 is mounted on a position for holding the cylindrical body 11 when the flow channel is opened. The ventilating resistance inside of the cylindrical body is eliminated by the oscillating shaft of the flow channel opening and closing blade 15 outside of the cylinder.
