SOLUTION: The outer barrel of a pipe having a two-layered structure consisting of an outer barrel and an inner barrel is made of aluminum so that the section of the outer barrel in a direction parallel to the axis of the pipe shows a linear shape while positioning projections for guiding the outer barrel for repairing are attached to at least two places in the axial direction of the pipe and the outer barrel for repairing, which is provided with a diameter capable of being fitted to the positioning projection in the axial direction of the pipe so as to be circumscribed to the projection, is inserted into a broken outer barrel. On the other hand, a flat plate lid is provided at the terminal of the pipe at the burying side of the two-layered then, a bottom lid having a conical bottom surface is attached to the flat plate lid so as to cover the lower outer surface of the pipe, to which the bottom lid is circumscribed to the flat plate lid and the pipe circumscribed to the flat plate lid.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deformation such as wrikles and camber of the extruded material of aluminum or aluminum alloy with bending and to improve the min. bend radius (the limit of bending). SOLUTION: To the inside surface of the part to be bent of the extruded material, the reinforcement 1 of a thermosetting resin having length covering the whole of the length L of the part to be bent is stuck. When bending work is executed taking the surface to which the thermosetting resin 1 is stuck as the inside or the outside of bending, the deformation such as wrinkles and camber with bending work is decreased and the min. bend radius is improved. Or, the reinforcement 2 of the thermosetting resin is stuck in the longitudinal direction from the end face on the inside surface of one end part of the extruded material. When this extruded material is used for push-through bending, the part which is abutted on a push block is strengthened, so buckling is not generated and the min. bend radius is improved.

CONSTITUTION:The elongation and strength of the extruded shape consisting of the aluminum and its alloy are improved when the extruded shape is cooled. The consumption of liquid nitrogen is reduced if the extruded shape injected with water in the hollow part is immersed in the liquid nitrogen and is cooled down to a temp. range of -20 to -196 deg.C. In addition, there is no need for molding a core, inserting this core into the hollow part and drawing out the core from the hollow part after bending and, therefore, the bending of the extruded shape at a low cost is possible.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cracking due to the lack of elongation at the time of forming the extruded material of an aluminum alloy by bending work. SOLUTION: The extruded material of the aluminum alloy is clamped with a clamping die 2, forming is stopped when a prescribed amount is bent and, successively by clamping the extruded material with a clamping die 6 and executing bending work again, a desired formed parts by bending is obtained. Places where are not hardened by working when the extruded material is preliminarily formed are preferentially deformed. Since tensile deformation is generated uniformly in the wide range and the total elongation is improved, the cracking is suppressed.
