On the other hand, a machine model of the chamber is set in advance, and a plurality of results of fluid analysis with visualized size, direction and distribution of the velocity in the chamber 20 are predetermined based on the viscosity of the mixture. Further, good correlations between the estimate obtained by the measuring device 10a and the results of the fluid analysis are selected; and the results of fluid analysis selected are considered as a state of flow at a time when the estimate is obtained.
