    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll bearing capable of working well with high-speed rotation and reducing a friction torque owing to rotation.
      SOLUTION: The roll bearing is equipped with an inner ring 1 having the first raceway 11 in the outer periphery, an outer ring 3 having the second raceway 31 in the inner periphery, an intermediate ring 2 interposed between them and having a third raceway 21 in the inner periphery and a fourth raceway 22 in the outer periphery, a plurality of first balls 4 interposed between the first raceway 11 and the third raceway 21 in such a fashion as to be able to roll freely, and a plurality of second balls 5 interposed between the fourth raceway 22 and the second raceway 31 in such a manner as to be able to roll freely. The diameter d2 of the second balls 5 is smaller than the diameter d1 of the first balls 4.

The intermediate ring 2 has a large diameter ring section 7 and a small diameter ring section 6 provided with an inclined ring section 15 in between. The third raceway 21 is formed at the boundary between the large diameter ring section 7 and the inclined ring section 15, and the fourth raceway 22 is formed at the boundary between the small diameter ring section 6 and the inclined ring section 15.
