    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing capable of limiting a flow rate of lubricating oil. SOLUTION: A seal ring 20 is arranged on the inner-diameter side of an outer ring 12 of a roller bearing 10. The seal ring 20 is a cut ring whose one circumferential part is cut and is configured such that a convex part 22 and a concave part 24 on both ends are circumferentially fitted to each other. The seal ring 20 is formed of a resilient resin and assembled to the outer-diameter surface of a shaft 30 in a contact state so as to be slidable in the axial direction of the roller bearing 10. The thickness of the seal ring 20 is larger than the width of the opening between the flange 14 of the outer ring 12 and the shaft 30. A flange shape 28 is formed on the outer-diameter side of the concave part 24 of the seal ring 20 so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the convex part 22. The seal ring 20 is brought into contact with the flange 14 of the outer ring 12 by axial sliding so as to close the opening between the flange 14 of the outer ring 12 and the shaft 30. On the axial outward side face of the first seal member 40, an axial lip 46 is formed extending toward the bearing outward side up to the radial outward side of a guide 50. The axial lip 46 is being located adjacent to the guide 50 in no contact therewith to form a labyrinth. In a root portion of the axial lip 46 on the first seal member 40, a groove 47 is formed which is opened to the radial outward side.
