      CONSTITUTION: A mixed coal of high coking coal and weak coking coal C is introduced through chute 11 into molding frame 1 and guide rollers 5 are operated to introduce the compaction rod 3 from the upper position into the frame 1 so that the foot 9 at the lower end is placed on the surface C1 of the powder coal C to be compacted. After completion of falling down of the compaction rod 3, the chuck 6 is operated to ensure the holding of the rod 3 and the vibrator 8 is operated on the lower side of the compaction rod 3. Under this state, the cylinder rod 7a is extended to move the rod 3 down for compaction. Thus, the compaction and molding of the coal C is effected as the vibrator causes dynamic friction between fine particles mutually.

    • PURPOSE:To surely charge the compacted raw coal briquette into a coke oven without tearing down its shape, by charging the briquettes together with a container bottom plate into the coke oven, and pulling out only the container bottom plate while holding the briquette. CONSTITUTION:The compacted raw coal briquette M is charged in a container N. The container N together with its frame N1 and its bottom plate N2 is placed on an elevating plate 14. Then the elevating plate is descended to support the frame N1 on a side plate and the bottom plate N2 on a roller 13. After a traveling truck 1 is moved in the direction of an arrow A or B, the truck is stopped at a position where a container bottom plate transferring passage 11 is met with the briquette charging port 5 of a coke oven 4. A sprocket 21 is clockwise rotated to move a container-driving plate 19 in a direction C and to introduce the bottom plate N2 and the briquette M placed thereon into the coke oven 4. Then while holding the briquette M by moving a briquette holding plate 27, the sprocket 21 is counterclockwise rotated to move the driving plate 19 and the bottom plate N2 in a direction D, and to pull out them. Since the briquette M is held by the holding plate 27, the briquette remains in the oven 4 while maintaining its shape.
