    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a governor for an elevator which can be miniaturized.
      SOLUTION: The governor for the elevator comprises a shaft-supported governor pulley 13 with a governor rope 7 moving interlockingly with a car 1 being wrapped therearound, pendulums 18, 18A in which claw parts 46, 46A are moved to the outside diameter side by the centrifugal force following the rotation of the pulley 13, an engagement piece which is turned by the abutting on the moved claw parts 46, 46A to release a switch 22, wedge parts 31, 31A which are turned by the self weight to hold the governor rope 7 between holding pieces 37, 37A facing each other, and a hook which is turned by the abutting on the claw parts 46, 46A further moving to the outside diameter side of the pulley 13 to release the support of the wedge parts 31, 31A. In this case, the wedge parts 31, 31A are pressed against the governor rope 7 by the elastic force of a disk spring 43.

    • PURPOSE:To control the fluctuation in the drain water level of a moisture separator at the time of changing reactor output so that the generation of an unnecessary alarm can be controlled by controlling the opening degree of an intermediate valve in accordance with a regulating valve opening degree request signal. CONSTITUTION:A turbine output control system 14 is inputted with a turbine inlet pressure signal S1 by a pressure detector 13 and a turbine speed signal S2 and outputs the regulating valve opening degree request signal S3, a bypass valve opening degree request signal S4 and a load follow-up error signal S5. The fluctuation in the reactor pressure is thereby suppressed and the overspeed of the turbine speed is prevented. The load follow-up error signal S5 is made into a recirculation pump rotating speed request signal S6 by a recirculation flow rate control system 15. A change in the rotating speed of the recirculation pump 12 is made into a change in the coolant flow rate of the reactor 1 and as a result, the reactor output is changed. The regulating valve opening degree request signal S3 is inputted to an intermediate valve controller 16 and is made into an intermediate valve opening degree request signal S7 after the prescribed computation, by which the opening degree of the intermediate valve 5 is given. The fluctuation in the drain water level of a moisture separator is thereby suppressed.

    • PURPOSE:To set the gain of a feed water control system always at an optimum value by providing plural water level converters which are varied in conversion rates such as conversion constants and switching one convert to the other by a rapid change detection signal at the time of the rapid change of the load of an atomic power plant. CONSTITUTION:A steam regulating valve 101 is rapidly closed when a load interruption is generated. A turbine bypass valve 102 opens nearly simultaneously and the steam from a nuclear reactor 1 is introduced directly into a condenser 4. A selective control rod which is a part of a control rod 104 is inserted into the reactor 1, by which the reactor output is gradually decreased. The water level converter 30 is switched to the water level converter 40 by a switch 41 which receives the load interruption detection signal simultaneously with generation of the load interruption and the gain K2 to be optimized at the time of the load interruption is used in order to stably control the water level at this time. The gain K2 is set at the conversion constant larger than the conversion constant of the gain K1 to convert the mismatch quantity 32 between the feed water flow rate and the main steam flow rate as the larger value to the quantity corresponding to the water level and, therefore, a feed water control valve 9 is promptly throttled after the recovery of the water level and the overshooting of the water level is kept low.
