Further, a constant current I12 independently of the fluctuation of the voltage +VCC is applied to the collector of the output TRQ14 of the current mirror circuit comprising the TRs Q11, Q14. Thus, the midpoint voltage VQ is changed at a value of nearly VCC/2 in response to the voltage change in the power supply voltage +VCC.

    • PURPOSE:To turn on a transistor (TR) even with an input signal voltage corresponding to a base-emitter voltage or below of the TR of an input stage by providing a feedback circuit to a Schmitt circuit to flow a feedback current to the input. CONSTITUTION:When the input signal voltage VIN reaches almost the same level as the base-emitter voltage VBE of a TRQ1, the TRQ1 is turned on, a TRQ2 is turned off and a current Ic flows to a current mirror circuit 1. Thus, the hysteresis width is decided by the R1.IF, and the Schmitt circuit operated surely is obtained even with a low input signal voltage.

CONSTITUTION:Since a start transistor (TR)Q12 is conductive just after the application of power supply and a TRQ35 is conducted by a current C from the 1st collector P1, a current of the 2nd collector P2 toward the C does not flow to a speaker SP. A current from the P2 toward the B flows to a capacitor C13 and also to each base of TRs Q13, Q15 of a current mirror circuit. As a result, the leading of the current mirror circuit is accelerated and a prescribed bias voltage is given to TRs Q17, Q18 via a TRQ16 in a short time. Thus, the TRQ35 is operated quickly just after the application of power supply and the start time is quickened.
