The retractable pin is moved apart from the rotary plate through the opening portion, therefore allowing a user to freely open/close the door. An door opening/closing means is provided for moving the retractable pin into the spiral groove through the opening portion during closing the door and retracting the rotary plate rotated in the closing direction by the actuator to close the door.
