    • PURPOSE:To prevent a riding cage from its transverse vibration due to bending of a guide rail by providing an anti-unbalanced load generating device, which reduces an unbalanced load generated in a guide device, in the riding cage. CONSTITUTION:A riding cage 2 is positioned by placing its hanging center 0 to a side of a balance weight 10 relating to a center of gravity position W. As a result, the riding cage 2 is tumbled in a direction A of a gate 2a. A guide device 6 supports an unbalanced load, caused by tumbling this riding cage 2, to guide the riding cage 2. Here, the riding cage 2 is guided by the guide device 6 in a condition that a guide load, acting on a side surface of a guide rail in a vertical direction to a surface of a pair of the guide rails 4 through a guide piece, is deviated to the one side surface of the guide rail. In the guide devices 6 mounted to upper and lower parts of the riding cage 2, anti-unbalanced load generating devices, formed of electromagnets 14 for attracting the guide rail 4 in a direction of reducing an unbalanced component of the guide load, are provided.

    • PURPOSE:To improve reliability and safety by moving axially bolts normally provided as a means of releasing the braking condition of an electromagnetic brake in the electromagnetic brake and releasing the brake in the position of the moved bolt as a fulcrum with a general tool inserted in the opposite side. CONSTITUTION:Bolts A26, B27 are provided in a disk on the outer peripheral part of a lining 6 to be axially moved. The bolts A26, B27 are moved toward an armature 4 which is moved toward a core 10 to adhere to the core 10. Under such a condition, the lining 6 is under the incompletely released condition. Then, a releasing member 28 is inserted in a gap between the armature 4 and disk 3 at a fulcrum O position approximately point-symmetrical about a rotary shaft 1 relative to the positions of provided bolts A26, B27, so that the armature 4 is moved to the core side by utilizing the principle of leverage to release completely the lining 6. Thus, braking is easily released by substituting the releasing member by a driver or the like to improve the maintenance property and safety.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent generation of noise by finding out a position of vibro- isolating support in such a manner as considering a vibration propagation route to a machine beam from a hoist and a vibration mode further enrtoling the hoist to be arranged in a machine room for space saving. CONSTITUTION:For instance, a machine bed 6 is extended, and a receiving bed 3a and a machine beam 4 are buried in a wall. That is, a vibro-isolating rubber 5a in a wall side is arranged below the machine bed 6 by extending it in the vicinity of the wall. It is not too much to say that no condition is provided for the other side rubber to be buried in the wall, and the vibro- isolating rubber 5b is arranged in a part just above a receiving bed 3b. Since a hoist 7 is supported in the vicinity of the receiving bed of high rigidity, vibration insulating ability of the vibro-isolating rubber can be also ideally displayed, further more a primary vibration mode is also prevented from being easily generated. Accordingly, vibration of the machine beam 4 is decreased with less vibration to receiving beams 2a and 2b.
