CONSTITUTION:As for an indirect type hydraulic elevator which is constituted so that a rope loosening detecting frame 11 which serves as the suspending part for a rope 9 is installed at the lower part of a cage 2, and a rope loosening detecting switch 13 is installed at a rope suspending part, and the rope loosening detecting frame 11 is turned downward by the loosening of the rope 9, and the rope loosening detecting switch 13 operates, a seat 15 having a collar is installed in the upper part of a buffer device 10 installed in the lower part of the cage 2, and when the cage 2 reaches the buffer device 10, the downward turn of the rope loosening detecting frame 11 is prevented, and a rope loosening detecting switch is prevented from malfunctioning.

    • PURPOSE:To perform oil temperature warming up operation without operating an elevator and to reduce a cost by a method wherein an electromagnetic switching valve is mounted on an oil pressure circuit through which the vent part of a relief valve is coupled to a tank. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic switching valve 8 having a check valve is located in the middle between lines 6 and 7, a relief valve 10 is located in a branch circuit 9 branched from an oil pressure circuit 6 and coupled to a tank 3, and an electromagnetic switch valve 11 is located in the vent circuit of the relief valve 10. During oil temperature warming up operation, an electric motor 2 is run simultaneously with excitation of the electromagnetic switching valve 11, and a pump 1 is run so that working oil is sucked from a tank 3 and delivered to the relief valve 10 side. Pressure oil delivered from the pump 1 passes the relief valve 10 and is returned to the tank 3. This constitution causes working oil to generate heat to perform warming up operation. Since warming up operation is practicable by using the relief valve without locating a special switching valve, a control valve is prevented from being complicated and a cost is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of a rope slack detecting device during rest at a lowermost floor for a long time by a method wherein at a point of time when a passenger cage is lowered down to a buffer, a plate which brings a rope slack detecting plate into an inoperative state is pressed by the buffer. CONSTITUTION:A rope slack detecting preventing plate 16 is mounted to a buffer support frame 14 by means of a hinge 15 so that, during ordinary running, a rope slack detecting frame 11 is rotated downward around a fulcrum pin 12 under gravity due to the slack of a rope 9, a margin enough for operation of a rope slack detecting switch 13 is provided and a proper distance is ensured. A buffer 10 is mounted below the rope slack detecting preventing plate. By an effect in which the rope slack detecting preventing plate 16 is pushed up in a horizontal state by the buffer 10 against natural subsidence of a passenger cage occurring during rest for a long time, the rope slack detecting frame 11 is prevented from downward rotation, and useless operation of the rope slack detecting switch 13 due to natural subsidence of the passenger cage during rest for a long time is prevented from occurring.
