    • PURPOSE:To obtain good sensitivity and a high reproducing output by alternately layering a magnetic film impressed with strong anisotropy depending upon a bias film and a magnetic film impressed with weak anisotropy via a nonmagnetic conductive film. CONSTITUTION:An antiferromagnetic film 32, a magnetic film 11, a nonmagnetic film 20, a magnetic film 12 and a ferromagnetic film 33 are layered on a substrate 50, connecting electrodes. The antiferromagnetic film 32 and the ferromagnetic film 33 are in close contact respectively with the two layers of the magnetic films 11 and 12 separated by the nonmagnetic film, and magnetization of the magnetic films 11 and 12 is induced in the directions of arrows 61 and 62 respectively by heat treatment in a magnetic field in the parallel and orthogonal directions 72 and 73 to the direction 60 of a magnetic field to be sensed or magnetization processing. The antiferromagnetic film 32 is desirable to be nickel oxide for a magnetoresistance effect element in this constitution. Then, it is preferable that the ferromagnetic film is an alloy of Ni 70-90 atomic %, Fe 5-30 atomic %, and Co 1-5 atomic %, or an alloy of Co 30-85 atomic % and Fe 2-50 atomic %.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the recording density and the reliability of a magnetic recording device by providing a means which specific the relative speed of a magnetic head to a magnetic disk at the innermost circumferential track of a magnetic disk and a means which applies the load to the magnetic head so as to keep a space under the specific relative speed. CONSTITUTION:In a magnetic disk 3 a protection film 302 and a lubricant film 301 are laminated on a magnetic recording medium 303. In a magnetic head 4 a slider 1 is buried into the surface counter to the disk 3 and only the tip of the head 4 is exposed. In a support system 2 the load is applied by a plate spring, etc., around a fulcrum part 202 and through an acting point part 201 so that the slider 1 is pressed to the disk 3. At the same time, the thickness of the base board of the disk 3 is reduced for improvement of the flexibility and a controller 7 controls the gas and the pressure at each prescribed level within a closed container 6. As a result, the relative speed of the disk 3 is reduced down to 6 - 40 m/s or less at the innermost circumferential track of the disk 3 and the space between the slider 1 and the surface of the disk 3 is set at

    • PURPOSE:To enable a composite structure to be made by using the thin plate made of metal whose weight is reduced and whose workability is excellent by a method in which a corrugated member has a plurality of holes, and the flat plate with holes or without holes is bonded to one or both outermost surfaces of the laminate of the single layer or a plurality of layers. CONSTITUTION:Corrugated plate is worked into a square of 150mm, and after the working, the corrugated plates are mutually bonded, and then the corrugated material of three layer laminate in which their corrugation-directions are crossed in formed, and the parts 3 to be bonded are bonded by soldering method. The soldering method is carried out in a vacuum vessel at about 1050 deg.C for one hour-holding condition. The sheet of the soldering material 7 is temporally fitted to the corrugated plate by spot welding, and then other corrugated plate is place thereon and is temporarily fitted thereon again similarly. After it has been immovably fixed, they are mutually soldered with the small bond applied thereonto. A perforated flat plate is put between two corrugated plates. The soldering of each plate is also achieved similarly. By such condition, the corrugated light structural material made of stainless steel is produced. The weight of the structural material is about 75g, and it is almost equal to the Ti allow material made into the same shape.
