      CONSTITUTION: A segment processing part 107 stores the said respective peak coordinates, in which the area is polygonally approximate, to a segment information memory 108 successively. When a dictionary pattern is registered, the segment information is shifted to a dictionary pattern memory 109. A common area extracting part 112 converts coordinates at an input pattern side for the pattern inputted at this time (the pattern stored in the segment information memory 108) and the dictionary pattern (the pattern stored in the dictionary pattern memory 109) so that characteristics of both patterns can be coincident. Common areas of both pattern (product pattern) are obtained as a peak row in the same manner and recorded in a common area memory 113.

      CONSTITUTION: A stocker 10 to supply a memory element and a stocker 40 for discharge are equipped and a writing unit 20 and a label supplying unit 30 are equipped. The above-mentioned four units are arranged almost in series, which is to use a cross flow operation type handling unit 50. A memory element and a label are handled by a hand 60 of a handling unit 50 and the memory element is removed from the stocker 10 for supplying and the element is set to socket of the writing unit 20. After writing, a label is stuck, the memory element, for which a label is stuck, is handled from the socket to the stocker 40 for discharging. The main action of a hand during this period is linear.

    • PURPOSE: To maintain initial precision for a long period by making a self-diagnosis of an optical system, and altering conditions on which the center position of the hole is detected according to the diagnostic result.
      CONSTITUTION: The hole 2d of a printed board 2c arranged at right angles to the optical axis T of spot luminous flux 2b emitted by a projection part 2a is irradiated with the spot luminous flux 2b. The output of the four-divided photodetecting element of a photodetection part 2g varies in proportion to the deviation of the hole 2d of the printed board 2c and its output is inputted to a microcomputer 2F through amplifying circuits 2AW2D and an A/D converter 2E. The microcomputer 2F calculates the quantity of correction and controls servo-motors 2H and 2J through a servo driving circuit 2G to align the insertion position of an electric insertion component to the hole center position of the printed board 2c. Further, the microcomputer 2F detects abnormality on the basis of the output of the photodetection part 2g in normal operation to alter the conditions of the center position detection of the hole.
