    • PURPOSE:To improve maintenance and clean degree of a goods treating zone by providing a first air path to supply clean air to the goods treating zone and a second air path to supply clean air to a workers' zone and arranging the first path apart from the second air path. CONSTITUTION:A filter 3 is provided in a ceiling part of a goods treating zone 20 and a first fan means 102 having a motor 24 and an impeller 25 is arranged above the filter 3, so that air in the goods treating zone 20 flows out into a return air passage 32 through a space surrounded by an underfloor partition 18. A partition 27 is provided on a side which faces the return air passage 32 of the goods treating zone 20 for partitioning the goods treating zone 20 from the return air passage 32 to prevent dropdown of degree of cleanness in the goods treating zone 20. The filter 3 is provided upward of a working zone 21, and above this, a second fan means 202 having a motor 24 and an impeller 25 is arranged so that air diffused from the filter 3 flows out into a space between a floor surface of a building 1 and a floor 10. This air returns to the second fan means 202 through a return air passage 32 for the working zone.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent dust which generates at the time of maintenance from entering a clean room by constituting blower of which maintenance frequency is higher than that of a filter in such a manner that maintenance of the blower can be performed outside of the passage of purified air. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 4 of a blower 8 is contained in a fan case 8c in an air passage, and a main body 3b of a motor 3 is provided on the outside of the fan case 8c. When the motor for blower 3 is replaced, a supply air volume adjusting damper 6, return air volume adjusting damper 5 and total air volume adjusting damper 7 are totally closed, and air passages on the upstream side and downstream side of the blower 8 are shut off, and therefore, even when the blower 8 is dismounted, a purified area 30 and maintenance area 13 can be separated. For this reason, non-purified air in the maintenance area 13 can be prevented from entering the purified area 30, and at the same time, even when dust which adheres on the primary side of a HEPA filter 1 re-flies, the dust does not enter a clean room 11 and a return system part 12 of the clean room, and therefore, the purifying degree of the purified area 30 does not decrease.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the depth and height of the whole unit and to easily uniformize the wind-speed distribution at an air filter outlet by forming a unit top board in the blow-off direction of a centrifugal fan so that the unit top board has a shape having inclination approaching to the filter surface with an increase in the distance from a blow-off port of the centrifugal fan. SOLUTION: When the fan 106 rotates, external air is taken in from an air intake disposed at the upper side of a fan casing 102 and blown off to an air filter casing part 103 from an external air blow-off port 109. The air enters into an air regulating part 105 and is purified through an air filter 104 and then is blown off into a clean room. At this time, in the air regulating part 105, the inclination approaching to the filter surface with an increase in the distance from the blow-off port of the fan 106 is imparted to a casing top board in the blow-off direction of the fan 106. In this way, the sectional area in the air regulating part 105 is narrowed gradually and the blow-off from the air filter 104 is controlled and the deviation of the wind-speed distribution is eliminated.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the consumption power of a filter unit used mainly in a clean room and a clean bench and to reduce a cost. CONSTITUTION: Formation of a filter unit is such that a suction pipe 2 is arranged at the upper part of a unit 1 and an impeller 3 for a centrifugal fan, and a support member 5 for supporting a motor 4 for drive to the unit 1 are arranged at the lower part thereof, and sound absorbing members 7, 8, 9, and 10 to absorb a sound and introduce a flow in such a manner to reduce incurring of a flow loss are arranged in a flow passage running from the outer periphery of the impeller 3 to a filter 6. The outside diameter on the core plate 13 side is reduced to a value lower than the diameter D2s on the side plate 12 side of the impeller 11 and the outside diameter of the core plate side of the impeller 11 is reduced to a value lower than the outside diameter on the core plate of the impeller 11. Further, the outer periphery of the impeller 11 is formed approximately in the same diameter as that of the vicinity on the side plate 12 side. The outside diameter of the impeller is decreased from the middle of an outlet flow passage toward the core plate 13 and finally, the outside diameter of the impeller 11 on the core plate 13 side is reduced to a value lower than that of the core plate 13.
