摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a stable combustion to be carried out over a wide load range and to reduce a discharging amount of NOx. CONSTITUTION:An annular premixing nozzle 3 is arranged at an outer periphery of a dispersion combustion burner, a premixing nozzle is divided into a plurality of segment in a circumferential direction to form a plurality of premixing chambers 10, and a plurality of premixing chamber segments are arranged while the several premixing chambers are being assembled in a gas turbine combustion device. Flame holding devices 12 are provided for each of the premixing chamber segments and each of the most downstream end surfaces of the flame holders 12 is stored into the injected mixture gas flow obtained from each of the premixing chamber segments. A fuel flow rate is independently controlled for every premixing chamber segments and a fuel supplying method is changed in response to a load of the gas turbine. Accordingly, combustion flame with each of the premixing chamber segments can be stably held by the flame holders arranged at the outlets of a plurality of premixing chamber segments.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make both of a color image and a data for spectroscopic analysis possible to be acquired by setting a plurality of light receiving elements as a light receiving unit without overlapping the detection wavelength range among the light receiving elements. CONSTITUTION:In a CCD camera 300, a light receiving unit comprises a plurality of light receiving elements S1-S9. Detection wavelength ranges of the elements S1-S9 scarcely overlap and the total detection wavelength range substantially cover the entire visible region. The detection wavelength range is regulated by modifying the light transmission characteristics of a filter disposed at a light receiving element section. The camera 300 is provided with output signal lines L1-L9 corresponding to the elements S1-S9 and outputs detection signals of the elements S1-S9 independently of each other to a signal processor 400 for each light receiving unit. The signal processor 400 synthesizes and operates output signals from the elements S1-S9 freely and then outputs a synthesized signal for producing a color image to a monitor 500 whereas outputs a signal only from an element detecting an objective light to an analyzer A.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the most suitable method of combustion to reduce NOX and to stabilize flame when a liquid fuel that is difficult to evaporate is used. CONSTITUTION:A liquid fuel is vaporized by the heat exchange with the the combustion gas discharged out of a gas turbine to produce gaseous fuel. Part of this gaseous fuel is blown out directly into a primary combustion chamber 25 to form a dispersed flame 37. The other part is introduced into a mixing chamber 32 and mixed with air 21 to become premixture gas 39, and it is blown out into a secondary combustion chamber 26 and forms a premixture flame 36 by a flame holder 30 provided at the outlet of the mixing chamber 32. The fuel that is blown out into the combustion temporarily can be atomized liquid fuel. And since the fuel for the dispersed flame and the fuel for premixture flame can be supplied under control through different systems, NOX is reduced without lowering the combustion efficiency as well when fuel that is difficult to evaporate is used.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the attachment of the liquid fuel to the inner walls of a combustion chamber, atomize the liquid fuel, and reduce NOx by forming a straight flow in the periphery of the swirl flows and spraying liquid fuel in the form of a film to the boundary between the swirl flows and the straight flow. CONSTITUTION:The liquid fuel is preheated by a preheater 70 and goes through a fuel distributor 76, fuel supply pipe 47, and fuel reservoir 46, and is supplied to the inner circumferential face on the upstream side of an inner cylinder. The combustion air that flows into the inner cylinder 45 forms swirl flows in the inner cylinder 45 by a swirler 50 and presses the liquid fuel supplied to the inner circumferential face of the inner cylinder 45 on to the inner cicumferential face to form the fuel into a film. Since the diameter of the inner circumferential face of the inner cylinder 45 is extended as it goes to the downstream side, the thickness of the fuel in the film shape becomes thinner as it goes to the downstream. The liquid fuel that reaches the downstream end of the inner cylinder 45 is blown out to the boundary face between the swirl flow formed in the inner cylinder 45 and the straight flow formed between the inner cylinder 45 and the outer cylinder 41, and atomized by receiving the shearing force generated by the actions of the swirl flows and the straight flow.

An auxiliary flame having a lower ejection rate is used as a pilot flame for igniting and stabilizing a premix flame (main flame) having a higher ejection rate. The pilot frame supplied by the auxiliary nozzle 15 effects combustion of the premix supplied from the main nozzle 14. It is thus possible to achieve stable combustion of a lean premix.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the infiltration of an electrolyte via a member by forming a net-shaped catalyst holding material fixed on the opening section of a frame and a catalyst layer filled and formed on the opening section to bury the holding material. CONSTITUTION:Ribs 6 are arranged perpendicularly to an inner frame 5. The ribs are welded only to outer frames 4 and the inner frame 5 and are not in direct contact with catalysts 1. A net-shaped holding material 9 is installed in advance in a catalyst filling section surrounded by the outer frames and the inner frame, it improves the strength of the catalyst layer as a core material. The rib material surface serving as the main path for the infiltration of an electrolyte is put in contact with only the frame surrounding the catalyst layer. The catalysts are in contact with the frame via the very fine holding material 9. The primary function of ribs to hold an electrolyte plate is maintained, on the other hand the infiltration of the electrolyte into the catalyst layer can be reduced to the negligible level.

CONSTITUTION:A doughnut-shaped fuel electrode 2 and a doughnut-shaped oxidizing electrode 3 are sticked on the both sides of a doughnut-shaped electrolyte plate 1. Doughnut-shaped current collecting plates 5 are sticked on the surfaces, which are not in contact with the electrode plate, of the fuel electrode 2 and oxidizing electrode 3 to form a cell. The cell is stacked to a separator 4 having supply and exhaust holes of fuel and oxidizing agent in its center and periphery. A catalyst 6 for internal reforming is sticked to a separator on the fuel electrode side. CH4 serving as fuel is supplied through a fuel supply hole 8, and passes through a gas passage as shown in an arrow 9, then is exhausted from a fuel gas exhaust hole 10. The fuel gas keeps a reducing atmosphere in the outer frame 11 of the separator. On the other hand, an oxidizing agent is supplied through an oxidizing agent supply hole 12, and passes through a cathode as shown in an arrow 13, and is exhaust from an exhaust hole 14. The fuel exhaust hole 10 and the oxidizing agent exhaust hole 13 are separated each other.

A gas outlet port 26 is provided in the separator plate 21 and connected to a gas outlet manifold 27. The hydrocarbon gas 40 and the steam 41 are fed to the fuel gas passage 20 through the gas inlet port 24 so that the hydrocarbon gas is reformed with the steam in the presence of the reforming honeycomb catalyst 22 at a fuel cell operation temperature of about 650 deg.C.
