Thus, illegal use of an exchange line by a third party is prevented. Furthermore, the service is offered depending on the relation between an exchange possessor and a mobile telephone set possessor and the content of the service is flexibly revised when the relation is subjected to change.

Then the controller 102 gives a command to send a processing end tone to a switch device 101 to terminate the processing. When the received extension telephone number does not exist as the result of the retrieval, the disabled transfer registration is informed.

CONSTITUTION:If a fault takes place in a 0 system transmission line 50, transmission line interfaces 25, 35 of stations A, B detect it. The station A uses the detected information to give a system changeover command 1 to a selector 63 in a 0 system line setting multiplex/demultiplex switch 23. As a result, the signal from the 0 system interface 25 is received by the selector 63 into the signal reception from the transmission line interface 26 of the 1 system synchronously with the clock of the transmission line. On the other hand, the station B uses the fault detection information of the interface 35 to give the system changeover command 1 to the collector 73 in the 0 system line setting multiplex/ demultiplex switch 33. Thus, the signal reception from the 0 system interface 35 is switched into the signal reception from the 1 system interface 36 synchronously with the clock of the transmission line.

CONSTITUTION:When the pass word number registration request of the collect call is set, the pass word number represented by dialing is received and the collect call incoming enable displays and the pass word number are registered to a location in a collect call control table corresponding to the relevant sub scriber respectively. When the collect call sending request is given, an opposite dial number and the pass word number are received. The pass word number of the subscriber corresponding to the received opposite dial number is read from the collect call control table, compared with the received pass word num ber and when the pass word numbers are coincident with each other as the result, a call tone is sent to the calling subscriber and the talking state is set. The talking charge during this operation is charged upon the incoming subscrib er and the processing is finished when the handset is hooked on by either one of the parties.
