    • PURPOSE:To avoid the damage of a superconductive coil by a method wherein a cooling equipment is composed of a cold box for generating cryogen, a liquid He storag and a cryogenic container in which a superconductive coil is stored and prescribed valves are provided between the storage and the container. CONSTITUTION:High purity He gas, compressed by a compressor 1, is introduced into a cold box 2 and a part of it is turned into liquid He by expansion turbines 4a and 4b. The produced liquid He is led into a He storage 10 through a conveyor tube 9a to be stored as liquid He 11. Then, a part of the liquid He 11 is led into a cryogenic container 18, in which a superconductive coil 19 is stored, through a conveyer tube 12 to cool the coil 19. In this configuration, a manual valve 13b is provided to the conveyer tube 12 and the storage 10 and the container 18 are connected by a connecting tube in which manual valves 14a and 14b for recycling are connected in parallel. With this constitution, when an abnormal voltage detector 22 operates, the valve 14b is opened and at the same time the valve 13b is closed.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce temperature rise in a tank of cryostat and to enable complete exhaust of refrigerant of a precooler for superconducting magnet by a method wherein a heater and a temperature measuring element are provided at the tank bottom part of cryostat, and the heater is controlled monitoring existence of the refrigerant by the temperature measuring element. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting magnet 2 is accomodated in the cryostat 1, and a pipe 3 is arranged as to open to the tank bottom part and a pipe 4 as to open to the upper part of the tank. The electric heater 6 is fixed to the tank bottom part, and is connected to a feed control circuit through a lead wire 7, and the temperature measuring part 9 of a thermoelectric couple 8 is fixed to the heater 6. A cold junction 10 of the thermoelectric couple 8 is equipped in a small heat insulating tank 11 as to be submerged in the refrigerant 5 for precooling, and a voltmeter 12 for temperature measurement is connected as to measure the temperature difference between the temperature measuring part 9 and the cold junction 10. Accordingly although the refrigerant 5 for precooling is poured in the tank when precooling is to be performed, and the refrigerant 5 is exhausted after the superconducting magnet is cooled, but when the refrigerant 5 is remained in the tank, because waste of refrigerant is generated, so that the remained refrigerant can be exhausted by making a current to be connected and disconnected from the heater monitoring deflection of the indicator of a voltmeter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic file processing system which surely inhibits file acquisition and browsing by an unexpected third person other than transmission side and reception side of an electronic file, and also drastically reduces a load on a mail server.SOLUTION: A file processing system comprises a control unit which: in handing over a file from a transmission side to a reception side, does not attach a file to an electronic mail but uses an Internet public server to provide information (URL) to a terminal for locating a storage destination of the file by encrypting the information (URL); and when a second terminal having received the encrypted storage destination URL from the first terminal accesses the URL, performs processing for downloading an encrypted file to the second terminal.
