摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the capacity of a battery to prolong its charge and discharge cycle life by causing a negative electrode active material to have a phase not storing lithium ions and a phase capable of storing lithium ions, and causing the phase capable of storing the lithium ions to have a volume percentage equal to or less than a specific value and a charge and discharge capacity equal to or greater than a specific value. SOLUTION: A metal or alloy selected from Cu, Ni, Co, Fe, Mn, and the elements of Groups 4A (Ti, Zr, Hf), 5A (V, Nb, Ta), and 6A (Cr, Mo, W) is used as the material of a phase not storing lithium ions, the material serving as the base material of a negative electrode current collector. As a phase storing lithium ions in the negative electrode current collector, either a phase comprising carbon or either of the elements of Groups 3B, 4B, and 5B, such as Al, or the phase of a compound containing elements of Groups 3B, 4B, and 5B, such as Mg2 Si and Mg2 Gl, is used. The volume percentage of the phase capable of storing the lithium ions is 30% or less, and a charge and discharge capacity is 0.2 Ah/m or more.

CONSTITUTION:When a carbon content is 0.08wt.%>=C>0.03wt.% and welding of a structure and an equipment made of SUS304 is performed, the whole or a prescribed part of the structure and the equipment deteriorated by the neutron irradiation is heated at a temperature and for a time within the range of the temperature or below and the time or over shown in a prescribed diagram. After cooling the heating part, welding is performed. The prescribed diagram is obtd. by connecting successively the coordinate points, (750 deg.C, 1X10 seconds), (800 deg.C, 5X10 seconds) and (800 deg.C, 1X10 seconds) with straight lines satisfying the temperature or over and the time or over shown in a temperature/time diagram to be obtained by connecting successively coordinate points expressed by temperature and time, (700 deg.C, 1X10 seconds), (650 deg.C, 5X10 seconds), (650 deg.C, 1X10 seconds), (600 deg.C, 5X10 seconds) and (600 deg.C, 1X10 seconds) with straight lines.
